All-on-4 is an implant-based system that replaces an entire arch of teeth using as few as four implants, or up to six where required. Implants are placed strategically within the jawbone to maximise support, allowing for immediate loading with a temporary fixed bridge.
Patients leave the clinic on the same day with a functional set of teeth. Following a healing period of approximately six months, the temporary bridge is replaced with a permanent prosthetic.
CT scans or X-rays are used to assess bone quality and confirm suitability for treatment.
Any severely damaged or non-viable teeth are removed.
Four to six implants are placed under local anaesthetic or sedation.
A fixed temporary bridge is fitted on the same day, allowing the patient to leave with a functional smile.
Over the following months, the implants integrate with the jawbone.
The temporary bridge is replaced with a custom-designed, long-term prosthetic.
